在“碳达峰、碳中和”的国家宏观战略目标下，中国光储充一体化电站的兴起为实现碳中和目标提供了有力的支撑，“光储充”一体化建立起清洁能源“利用、储存、再利用”的循环生态链条，助力电动汽车真正从“低碳”走向“零碳”实现绿色出行。动力及储能电池广泛应用于电动汽车、储能等领域，随着全球环保意识的不断提高，市场需求持续增加。数据显示；全球电动汽车量已经超过2000万辆，预计到2030年将超过1亿辆。同时，新能源汽车占比也在不断提高，根据国家新能源汽车推广计划，到2025年新能源汽车将占到全国汽车销售总量的20%以上。浙江，作为长三角地区的重要一员，新能源产业的发展势头迅猛。乘着全球“双碳”和新能源汽车快速发展的东风，浙江动力及储能电池产业迎来飞速发展。企业主体数量猛增，比亚迪、欣旺达等省外企业纷纷落户，华友钴业、巨化等本土企业持续投入。全省已有锂电池规上制造企业98家；项目投资有力支撑，全省在建1亿元以上重大项目78个，总投资达2500亿元；集群优势持续提升，已形成涵盖上游原材料、中游电池系统及集成和下游应用领域的完整产业链。目前我国新能源汽车产业将迎来高质量可持续发展重要关口期，持续构建全球领先的产业链供应链体系，海外市场也在不断推进供应链本地化，中国动力及储能电池产业链上下游企业纷纷迈出了国际化的步伐，未来我国动力及储能电池行业将会加速发展。全球变暖及环境的影响，新能源汽车与清洁能源的融合将成为未来发展的趋势，光储充一体化发展未来将是重中之重，具有无限广阔的前景。

Under China's strategic goals of "carbon peak and carbon neutrality", the rise of China's integrated PV, energy storage and charging power stations has provided strong support for achieving the carbon neutrality goal. Relying on the integration of PV, energy storage and charging, it has been established a circular ecological chain of "utilization, storage and reuse" of clean energy, assisting electric vehicles in truly moving from "low carbon" to "zero carbon" and realizing green travel. Power and energy storage batteries are widely used in electric vehicles and energy storage. With the growing global awareness of environmental protection, market demand continues to rise. Data shows that the number of electric vehicles in the world has exceeded 20 million, and is expected to exceed 100 million by 2030. Meanwhile, the proportion of new energy vehicles continues to increase. According to the national new energy vehicle promotion plan, new energy vehicles will account for more than 20% of China's total automobile sales by 2025. Zhejiang, as an important region in the Yangtze River Delta, has ushered in a new development opportunity for the new energy industry. Driven by the rapid development of the global "dual carbon" and new energy vehicles, Zhejiang's power and energy storage battery industry is growing at an accelerated pace. The number of enterprises has increased sharply, and enterprises from outside the province such as BYD and Sunwoda have settled in, and local enterprises such as Huayou Cobalt and Juhua have continued to invest. Currently, there are 98 lithium battery manufacturing enterprises in Zhejiang Province. With strong support from project investments, Zhejiang Province has 78 major projects with an investment of over 100 million yuan, amounting to a total investment of 250 billion yuan. Furthermore, with the continuous enhancement of cluster advantages, it has been formed a complete industrial chain covering upstream raw materials, midstream battery systems and integration, and downstream application. At present, China's new energy vehicle industry is entering a critical period of high-quality and sustainable development. It is significant to build a world-leading industrial chain and supply chain system. As overseas markets continue to promote the localization of supply chains, upstream and downstream companies in China's power battery industry chain have taken steps towards internationalization, which will contribute to the accelerated development of China's power battery industry in the future. With the impact of global warming and the environment, the integration of new energy vehicles and clean energy will become the trend of future development. The integrated development of PV, energy storage and charging will be the top priority in the future, ushering in development opportunities.
